Shipping & delivery

How fast we dispatch, what shipping costs, and what to do if your parcel arrives damaged.

UK only

We ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally. If you're overseas and want a part, get in touch and we'll quote a freight forwarder pickup from our yard.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of the items in your cart:

  • Standard parts — free UK postage.
  • Large items — £100 flat rate, applied once per order regardless of how many large items are in the cart. This covers engines, gearboxes, transmissions, subframes, slam panels, radiator supports, bumpers, bonnets, doors, wings, fenders, tailgates, boot lids, dashboards, seats, and axles.

If your cart contains both standard and large items, the £100 large-item rate applies to the whole order — we ship the parts together by pallet.

Dispatch time

  • Most orders dispatch within 48 hours of payment clearing (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day often go out the same day.
  • Trade accounts get priority dispatch — see trade terms.

Couriers

Standard parts go via DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail Tracked depending on size. Large items go on a pallet via Tuffnells or a dedicated palletway courier — these typically deliver within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is dispatched. You can also look up your order status anytime at /orders using your order number and email address.

Damaged in transit

Inspect every parcel on arrival. If a part is visibly damaged when you receive it, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us straight away. Otherwise:

  • Photograph the packaging and the part within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email the photos and your order number to ktsautos@hotmail.com.
  • We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — at no cost to you.

Transit-damage claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery may not be honoured by the courier, so please don't delay.

Collection

You're welcome to collect from our yard in Leighton Buzzard (LU7 9HH) by appointment. Collection is always free. Use the contact form or WhatsApp us to arrange a slot.
